Training and support is the absolute most important service you can have to assure that your program is as successful as it can be. Our support team includes four engineers (Chris, Vaughn, Noel and Fred) and others you may talk to more often are (Brian, Jim, Jane, Richard, Melanie and Russ). In some cases when our system is setup through a reseller, you may receive additional support from (Scott, Chris and Robert).



We pride ourselves on providing personal service and are always glad to help even after business hours and on many weekends. All of us at the support center are glad to provide our cell phone numbers because we know like us, you may be working an after hour schedule. We're designing this company to assure this same level of support as we grow. More names, more cell phones, but still terrific service.



We know we're not CHEAP, but that doesn't mean we're expensive either.
